CanaryPicks is the commercial name under which the holder identified below operates this website and its booking service, as a self-employed professional rather than a company.
CanaryPicks provides an online tourism-intermediation service for booking activities and experiences in the Canary Islands. CanaryPicks acts as intermediary: the activity itself is supplied and performed by the activity operator, and the contract for its performance is between you and that operator, as set out in our Booking terms.
CanaryPicks' tourism-intermediation activity has been communicated to the competent tourism authority of the Canary Islands through the corresponding responsible declaration. CanaryPicks does not organise or sell package travel. Each booking is for a single activity provided by its operator, and the contract for the performance of that activity is between the customer and that operator.
Please use this website lawfully and in good faith, and do not interfere with its normal operation, security or the rights of CanaryPicks or third parties. Bookings made through CanaryPicks are additionally governed by our Booking terms.

Photographs, videos, trademarks and other material supplied by activity operators or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used with the appropriate authorization.
